1. Live Tracking (Fleet Overview)

Real-time tracking of the all mobile assets. It enables user to remotely tracked the location of the fleet and provide real time information.

• Vehicle Status Panel:  shows current mobile assets status. User can select the information to be display.
• Asset Information Panel: (bottom-centre)shows all alerts and events of all mobile assets.
• Location History Panel: retrieve historical mobile asset information

2. Live Tracking (Mobile Asset)

User can views each mobile asset current location and information in real-time.
Asset Information panel located at the bottom-centre contains 4 tab panels.   

• Overview Detail Tab: show current asset information (speed, location, ...)
• Information Tab: show a list of asset information over a time period
(location, speed, distance travelled, ...)
• Alert List Tab: show a list alerts information. (eg: speed alert, ...)
• Event List Tab: show a list of events information. (vehicle ignition, ...)

2. History Log Module

The application log all mobile assets information, which enable user to retrieve historical information for analyze. With specific date and time provided, the history module retrieves all information about the mobile asset.

History Log module will also trace the route on the map, which allow user to view the entire route at one glance.

3. Alerts Rule Settings Module

Alert Rules decide under which conditions to trigger an alert event. This approach enables flexible implementations where alert can be customized for specific events.

Alert Rule can be schedule to activate at a certain time periods such as weekends or during office hours, or active at all times. The application will notify the user by email when any of the alerts has been trigger.

Alert Rule settings can be assign to vehicle(s) or vehicle group(s).

4. Event Log Module

Critical alerts and events are stored in the application. User is able to view historic events for any mobile asset. With specific date and time provided, the Event module retrieves all event information about the mobile asset.

5. Geo-fencing Module

Pre-designated zone can be defined into the system. Location that user deems no access, can be pre-set into the system. Once the mobile asset enters or leaves the zone, an alert will be given and captured into the system.

You are able to configure the geo-fencing module to trigger an alert, when any of the following conditions is met.

• Entering location: Mobile asset leaving the pre-designated zone.
• Leaving location: Mobile asset entering the pre-designated zone.
• Both entering location and leaving location: Mobile asset entering or leaving a pre-designated zone.

6. Reports Module

Report module has 8 different reports type, which can be generated by the following criteria.

• Vehicle: name of mobile asset
• Start Date: start date of the retrieve information
• Start Time: start time of the retrieve information
• End Date: end date of the retrieve information
• End Time: end time of the retrieve information
• Report Format: PDF, HTML, CSV or XLS

Customized report can be created upon request.
